Over the last 80 years, the “Executive Branch” has taken it upon itself to issue an ever increasing number of international letter agreements as binding upon the United States. There is nothing in Constitutional history, nor the letter of the law, that supports the use of these letter agreements as a substitute for congressional action.
Although there is case law where article III judges have supported these letter agreements as constitutional, Thomas Jefferson‘s rules of parliamentary procedure in the Congress clearly specifies that the action of the Senate, and the House are necessary, to make lawful, agreements that impact the powers, rights. and freedoms of the States and the People. And there is a legal need for “municipal” legislation before these agreements can apply to The States and to the People.
Nowhere is this more clear than in the case of the latest, proposed pandemic treaty. Well, it might be a treaty from the WHO perspective, but it is not being handled as a treaty by the Congress. This misprocess is a serious breach of the responsibilities of the Congress, the separation of powers, due process, and dual sovereignty.
The WHO pandemic treaty will impact every single state and citizen in the United States. If there ever was an objective or agenda that needed decisive debate in the Congress, the WHO’s camels-nose-under-the-tent pandemic treaty is the core example.
This agreement will violate the rights and sovereignties of every single American. Nowhere in our laws is there support for an unelected, privately-funded, agenda-driven, offshore, foreign entity, taking the decision-making power away from the United States, the States themselves, and the citizens of the United States. The Congress has abdicated before, with the WTO, but this is much more invasive.
Under the justification of the recent coronavirus pandemic, the WHO is seeking to expand its bureaucratic power to sectors outside of healthcare. Decisions that would previously have been under the jurisdiction of The Congress and the States are to be replaced by a set of legally-binding supranational rules with applications across every sector and industry in the United States.
With merely a whisper and a brush, the WHO will stealthily rob from all Americans, their basic freedom to make decisions for their own health, identity management, travel, economic decisions, environmental regulations, resource use, and vastly raise costs while evicerating freedom. The WHO is the entity created to enable health fraud on a massive scale, and the dirty center of a stranglehold world government outside of any input or control of their future subject nations and states. It will cement and accelerate the evil transition to a permission-based society even more rife with fraud than the present one.
As a citizen, I demand that the Congress assert its powers, debate the central tenets and details of this proposed and so-called treaty, and reign in the executive from further abuse of the powers of the Congress, of The States, and of The People. Nothing less than a 2/3 majority of the Senate, as well as enabling legislation, duly considered and passed, will suffice to support this unbelievable and completely unacceptable power grab. Do you really want the eugenicist Gates making all the big decisions not only for The People, or for The States, but even for you?
This treaty will fundamentally change The Congress’ relationship with the WHO and consequently, the relationship of US citizens and States with the Federal Government. It is critically important to understand how the proposed Treaty will affect our national sovereignty and in the absence of a democratic mandate, the public expects The Congress to aggressively preserve our authority to self-govern, and its own power.
When the Constitution was ratified, the States passed the resolution and the People voted on its ratification. There is nothing in the present case but an agenda-driven, marxist-infused, ideological team wholly in support of technocracy, negotiating in secret, deep inside the executive branch, with no debate, and no involvement of The States and the People.
“We face the prospect of the WHO being able to police debate and influence policies in areas far removed from conventional definitions of health or health-related sectors. The risk of blanket censorship is immense, and the likelihood is that censorship would be used as a lever to misappropriate public funds under the guise of safety grows by the day.” https://www.hartgroup.org/open-letter-to-hoc-hol-scrutiny-committees/
Literally nothing is out of reach of this so-called treaty. The Congress better get moving on this or find itself effectively out of a job.
