Shocking Hearing Digs into Nightmare
WASHINGTON DC - 11/13/23 - A mind-blowing hearing took place in Washington yesterday, chaired by Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene. Participating were Ms. Greene, Rep. Thomas Massie, Rep. Matt Gaetz, Rep. Warren Davison, and Sen. Ron Johnson,
Giving testimony were Dr. Robert Malone, Attorney Thomas Renz, and Dr. Kimberly Biss.

I have done my best to quote accurately, but I advise those looking for the full quotes to review the recording as there was a lot of back and forth during the hearing. For clarity, on rare occasions, I changed the sequence of the discussion. I have done my best to capture the core statements. Alarmingly, Rep. Thomas Massie’s first ten minutes or so of questioning was blanked out of the recording, so we do not have a record of what happened.]
Dr. Malone was the first to speak after audio and video had been restored. He described that the injection causes the body to make the ‘spike protein’. The spike protein was described as “biologically active” meaning that it causes all the damage that the circulating pathogen does, and that the minor differences from the version in circulation did not reduce its toxicity.
The shots were asserted to remain in a muscle in the arm, called the ‘deltoid’. This assertion was declared by Dr. Malone to be a lie, and indeed, an independent study in Japan found that the synthetic technology caused the production of spike protein in at least the heart, liver, spleen, lymph, ovary, and brain. Dr. Malone said that the Japanese study made him “quite alarmed.”
Rep. Davison asked about whether the injections persistently marked recipients in some way. Dr. Malone stated that the full ingredient list is unknown but that the synthetic technology is persistent. “I can’t tell you what is in the tube.” He indicated that transparency is a huge issue. He then turned to the DNA contamination issue.
He said that plasmid DNA contamination appears to meet the definition of a defective product, the term being ‘adulteration.’
He decried the abandonment of decade long and prudent inoculation testing criteria including to determine where the injected technology goes and what it does when it gets there. The technical terms for this are pharma distribution and pharma kinetics.
Rep. Davison then criticized the lack of a formal health care committee in Congress.
The conversation turned to the suppression of facts around the Covid program.
Mr. Renz spoke about the interference in the normal data gathering and mining process about the effects of the injections, especially decrying the propaganda and alleged public lying by government officials. He contended that DoD is poisoning its own troops. Mr. Renz demanded transparency legislation.
Dr. Kimberly Biss, a chief of staff Ob-Gyn, was asked about the effects of the shots on women. She stated that women were passing blobs called ‘decidual casts’ of their entire uterine lining at once, causing a painful expulsion that often led to hemorrhaging, as well as premature ovarian and menstrual cycle failure. In her practice, the miscarriage rate exploded from four percent to twenty percent in her practice upon release of the injections. She stated that her patients told her that she was the only doctor asking whether they were injected.
Rep. Clay Higgins remarked that it was clear to him that the pandemic was brought on by a weaponized virus and that it was a biological warfare event. He opined about the connection of the event to massive corporations, with untested injections being groomed for population acceptance. “What the hell is in this stuff?” He asked Dr. Malone about graphene oxide, a specialized form of carbon. “How deep goes this rabbit hole?”
Dr. Malone said that graphene oxide is a common environmental contaminant and that it was more important to focus on bacterial DNA contamination in the shots. He said that the secrecy codicils in the agreements make it impossible for governments to discuss contamination and contents. Apparently, pharma has sovereignty over governments.
He asked Dr. Biss about effects on babies. She stated that the injections cross to infants through breast milk and head for the ovaries. She stated that the shots never should have been given to pregnant women. She offered that the real miscarriage rate in the clinical trials was 82%! “I had a patient come to me [after three shots] who developed bilateral low extremity blood clots, one of which broke off and caused a pulmonary embolism… She has five specialists now on her case for all her problems. And I said to her, “did you get any of these mRNA injections? She looked at me and said, ‘you are the first doctor that asked me that!’ This is what we are up against.”
Rep. Matt Gaetz asked why the hearings were not held in committee in Congress. He opined that this is “because too many committeemen obtain those committee seats because they are bought and paid for by big pharma.”
He asked Dr. Malone “it is one of my grave concerns is that all of the vaccine injured may not know they are in the class of the vaccine injured… What advice would you give us…?” Dr. Malone said, “Just as the disease now overlaps with the common cold, it is very difficult to distinguish. The cluster of symptoms [of injury] is also difficult to distinguish…This is the job of the CDC. Practicing physicians…are subjected to an enormous amount of propoganda and psyops, but also enormous disincentives to disclose adverse events.” Rep. Gaetz “interrupted him and ranted, “This should be illegal!” Dr. Malone followed by stating, “it is already illegal. These institutions and individuals already have reporting requirements. Technically it is fraud. A strong case can be made that there are a number of things here, aspects of this response, in which federal employees and agencies have failed to comply with federal law in many aspects. There are many examples of what appears to have been lawbreaking within the federal administrative state.”
Mr Renz stated that if you want to sue somebody you have to sue the DoD. “If the vaccine was safe and effective, why do they need 50 layers of liability protection? Does anyone in this room believe that we transferred this to a Chinese lab without an okay from the DoD or CIA?”
“According to our case against EcoHealth Alliance, this disease was developed in the mid twenty teens. I have the military medical reports of five different instances where a whistleblowers army record shows injection with Moderna COVID 19 injection in 2014.”
If this is true, this vaccination program was launched six years before the pandemic and represents a frightening allegation.
Senator Johnson asked Dr. Malone to accurately describe what happens after injection. Dr. Malone replied “The injuries are so widespread.” Sen. Johnson asked about the reported wave of super-aggressive cancers. Dr. Malone: “In terms of what could be causing the turbo cancers, certainly the modification of energy production could contribute, and we have these short DNA fragments. It is well-established that DNA fragments will cause insertional mutagenesis, they will stick themselves into the DNA. Short DNA fragments are particularly prone to this.” He said that the FDA has historically been very aggressive in policing these types of contaminants.
“If you have DNA disruption, particularly in stem cell types, that is even more prone to cancer. I speculate that we may find that…the cancer risk may be attributed to these DNA fragments…It should have been well known and previously would have been well-investigated.”
“Every aspect of these [particles] has a toxicity. The modRNA surpasses the immune system by suppressing immunity. It has intrinsic toxicity. The lipid components are intrinsically toxic. They are highly inflammatory and destroy cells. The payload itself, the spike protein, is a toxin. That is now well established. The cardio effects may include a component of auto immune disease that is elicited by [these particles.] It’s all a big mess. There are thousands of papers about adverse events…coming in from all over the world.”
Rep. Higgins demanded the stripping to liability and pursuit of accountability for negligence.

Congress was designed to be weak, so that we can avoid parliamentary tyranny. Two years ago, we had one congressman paying attention. Now we have about twenty, maybe more. This is progress.

I think we are beginning to see honest admissions about the lies and the harm done. Sadly, there will be more deaths and disabilities and many will likely be lifelong if not life-ending. May the affected ones find comfort and compensation, for their lives will never be the same. May the consciences of the perpetrators be heavy and in like measure to the harm they have caused.
